new option: render drm device

be able to set the rendering gpu for mango.

niri for example has that option and im able to render the gui apps on my external gpu which makes things faster

ive checked that before opening the issue, im not deeply aware of how WLR_DRM_DEVICES but it doesnt seem to work the same way.

in my multigpu laptop if i select the dgpu with that env ONLY that card is used, so my internal display just goes blank but my 2nd monitor works very snappy. same if i select only the igpu.

from tty i run exactly that cmd and the behavior i said happens, either i have video only on the 2nd monitor or internal

This might be a graphics card compatibility issue on wlroots.

when i run with the WLR_RENDER_DRM_DEVICE pointing to dgpu it just goes to a black screen.
this is not a mango issue but a wlroots issue. maybe should close
