get_issue_comments returning too many tokens. Add support for fetching comments individually #32
Description
For tasks that have been frequently, or extensivly, commented it is common to create a token window that is to large.
- Add support for get_issue_comment_count
- Add support for get_issue_comment_by_index
This would minimize the risk of this issue occuring - unless you have waaaay to large comments for some reason
