Bug with Ratio InnoDB redo log capacity / InnoDB Buffer pool size

In MySQL 8 innodb_redo_log_capacity replaced the outdated ones innodb_log_file_size and innodb_log_files_in_group

But soft calculate old innodb_log_file_size

Bug:
[!!] Ratio InnoDB redo log capacity / InnoDB Buffer pool size (0.15625%): 15.0G / 60.0G should be equal to 25%
