create spanish translation of metadata

I'd like to be able to include this dataset in a repo of data for use with Spanish speakers, like https://github.com/cienciadedatos, so I need translations for all the variables we use.

Here is the script where the raw metadata can be transcribed, and here is an image of my first attempt at this. Need a second opinion on word use.

Well, I put a pause on translating the data because it might be easy to just modify figures, especially if the only goal is to present the data to Spanish speaking audiences....
