This project has not been updated for the last six months and consequently no support for the Laravel 10.

If the maintainers of this project are not willing to support any future updates, they should mark and declare this project is deprecated. So future open-sourcer can take over and continue the work of this project.

Feel free to use my fork https://github.com/ksimenic/lucid. It has all optimizations for Laravel 10.

All you need to do is to add following in your composer.json

and then require

Sad to see this happen, will somebody pick up this library to continue. This library, needless to say, is the way to develop small to large scale application. I expect no new features all the time, but at least to maintain in parallel to the release of Laravel version. I hope somebody high up in Laravel team can take over this library and make it thrived.

Me too, I have done projects with this library. Hope someone can bring this project back alive. How about Laravel team? Library is quite small but efficient and bring lots of value, needless to describe.
To answer the above post, create a project with laravel version 10, install this package, then upgrade to 11. It works for me.

Hey everyone, first off, I'm sorry for the silence. Life hit hard over the past couple of years in ways I didn't anticipate, and the project unfortunately bore the cost of that.

Lucid is not dead. It still matters to me, and I'm aware of how much it matters to those of you who've built on it. I'm back to maintaining it, and with the help of AI tooling, I'm in a much better position to keep up with updates, issues, and Laravel compatibility going forward. And I will be more active in reviewing contributions, as I'm aware there are stale PRs and will address those separately.

I've already started working on the compatibility upgrades and will publish them as soon as they're ready. Thank you for your patience.

Good to hear you are back. Hope you are getting better and better. We all are affected more or less in the actual geo-econo-political uncertainties.
