Waitlist Function Request

I would like to look into adding a "waitlist" function for events.

Usecase:

1. An event has been created with a maximum number of attendees - 10 for example
2. On event creation, the event creator will be shown an extra checkbox when creating the event - "enable waitlist"
3. The first 10 people that have signed up will be marked as attending as per current functionality
4. The 11th person will now be shown a "add to waitlist" button.
5. The form to sign up to the waitlist should capture the same information as a normal attendee, with an added checkbox to "notify if you make it to the attendees" (That needs to be worded better)
6. When there are people on the waitlist, an extra section under Attendees should be shown, functioning similar to the attendees, but showing each person on the waitlist. (Potentially with a number next to their name denoting their place)
7. When someone is removed from the event either by the event admin or by the end user, Gathio should move the first entry from the waitlist to the attending list.
