Can't change browser engine after web app creation #384

Description
If a user creates a web app entry and later tries to edit the entry, they wouldn't be able to change the browser engine. They would have to instead create an entirely new entry with the same parameters but only a modified browser engine and the browser settings.
Suggestion
Adding the ability to change the browser used for the web app post entry creation would be beneficial as it would save time and deal with this tiny hassle.
