l10n: Translations need to be updated before STABLE

I checked (live USB mode) in Spanish (es) and Brazilian Portuguese (pt) that the translation is not done correctly despite being complete in Launchpad.

I don't know if these translations were complete when the Isos were built, or if it's a code problem (or USB mode).

It's localized properly but it was added very late in QA and missed the translation update. There will be new translations before stable though.

I'll keep this bug report open as a reminder of it.
