Bug description

A recent update (a few weeks ago) broke keyboard applet and it now shows only first two layouts upon reboot.

Temporary fix is to enter the keyboard layout settings, erase last two layouts from the list and then add again those same layouts to the list. After that cinnamon keyboard properly shows all 4 layouts until the next reboot when they are lost again.

Steps to reproduce

Enter more than two keyboard layouts. Reboot. Only first two keyboard layouts are shown on the cinnamon keyboard applet and shifting with keyboard (Alt + Shift) changes only between those two.

Expected behavior

All keyboard layouts should be visible.

What layouts are they that aren't showing up after you re-add them? There have been no cinnamon-related updates in a few months for 6.4.x

I use four keyboard layouts: English (US), Serbian (latin), Hungarian (QWERTY, 101-key, comma, dead keys), Serbian

But I have now tested with other layouts and I get the same results, only first two in the list are shows after reboot.

When trying out settings with different layouts I have now found another problem. I have erased all keyboard layouts except English (US). But after a reboot my cinnamon keyboard applet showed two layouts - Serbian (Latin) and English (US), and I can switch between those two, but keyboard layouts app shows only English (US) in the list. Where did that Serbian (Latin) keyboard come from?
