1. Should probably write first tests to confirm if:

• when we delete messages from team mailboxes, it goes into the vault
• platform admin can or not restore deleted messages from a team mailbox

If works, cool! If not, fix it.

2. team mailbox manager => via EmailRecoveryAction?

Concern: I am just a member of a team mailbox and I delete a message. In the current design, can I recover the message? Does the message in the vault tied to that username or to the team mailbox? Should make sure.
