While trying to upgrade the Steam Runtime from SDL 3.4.2 to 3.4.4, I'm seeing intermittent test failures in testrwlock on the runtime's Open Build Service autobuilders. During successful runs, testrwlock takes about 12 seconds, but during failing runs it times out. We're using a 3x multiplier on the allowed test timeouts, so it should be allowed up to 60 seconds.
This is intermittent and it usually succeeds if retried, so it's likely to be difficult to debug.
