Cannot detect other users when having multiple network interfaces

I have VMWare installed so I have multiple enabled network interfaces,

in that case termchat seems can not detect other users.

I noticed there is an issue(#1 (comment)) talked about it and it should have been fixed but not work on my side.

I'm not maintaining termchat now, and I have no time to dig into it. Sorry!

Nevertheless, if you or others want to dig into it and propose a fix, I'll happily merge it 😃
