Refactor dsp_icpc #70
Description
We should refactor the existing dsp_icpc function to generalize and make it more generic. The interplay with the exisiting DSPConfig struct and the corresponding loading should be improved so that it can also handle cases where e.g. not all filters are wanted as output etc. to be more flexible for different scenarios. In addition, there should be an easier way to configure the DSP routines without the need to load a whole configuration file from disk.
