[Feature request] Add script editing #567

I know, I know...
Script editing beyond generation 5 needs to be researched first before it's even possible, and it seems like nobody took up on it.
...So I did it: https://github.com/BlastSlimey/XAMX
Turns out all the necessary information and resources were already there and someone just needed to put them together.
That repository contains a python script for dis- and re-assembling gen 6 and 7 AMX scripts (that can be reimplemented in C# to make it usable for pk3DS) and documentation/explanations on how the AMX scripting works.
