feature(website): Add a link to the search in the header

This is a Feature Request
The idea is to have a search functionality on the header to be able to search across the whole website.
Additionally, being able to access the search documentation without being on the documentation section.

What would you like to be added

Why is this needed
To simplify the experience of looking for content, specially for new users who want to easily find content.

@varodrig Thanks for opening this feature. I would like to take this to work on.

I have a question I have gone through website, in documentation/community pages there is a search icon available on top left side.

could you please give more clarification (with attaching any image reference, where should that feature required)so that I can start working on this part.
