HostTailer Prometheus metrics

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When deploying a Host Tailer for e.g. scraping audit logs, a Fluent-Bit DaemonSet is created for shipping the logs. Unfortunately this Fluent-Bit does not provide any Prometheus metrics.

Implement Prometheus metrics like for the FluentbitAgent.
