Deprecation message shown when REPL exited cleanly.

Describe the bug

The message evans: deprecated usage, please use sub-commands. see evans -h for more details. is displayed when repl mode is exited cleanly by typing exit.

To reproduce

• Run evans repl ... against any gRPC server
• Type exit and hit enter

Expected behavior

I would not expect the message to be shown in this case.

Environment

• OS: MacOS
• Terminal: Terminal.app
• Evans version: 0.10.11

Additional context

The code that produces the message is here, and it does appear to be showing this message whenever there is a nil error.
