Config Issues #5
Description
If there are multiple valid config files present there is some overwriting going on which is expected with the config package but it is unexpected for a user and should be addressed to present Frankenstein configs from being loaded.
Need to check during boot up that mathThreshold, minRecordingLengthSec, tolerancePercent are all valid numbers
detection.matchThreshold and detection.tolerancePercent do not seem to be working correctly if not specified on each detector
