Is the project still actively maintained?

First of all, thank you for creating such an excellent terminal emulator — it's truly impressive and has been very useful to many of us.

I noticed that the project hasn't seen any updates for about a year, and I was wondering if you've decided to discontinue or pause active development. If so, would you consider making more of the codebase open source? The current partial open-source model, while understandable, may be limiting community contributions and further growth of the project.
