Doubt in KEDA HTTP Add on when scaling from 0 replica to N replica(s)

When it comes to scaling from 0 (initial state) to N replica, will not be my first HTTP request timed out if the pod is not up by the time browser/client expects the response from the server?

Not sure if still relevant but yes this is correct, the client needs to be able to handle a response time based on starting the pod and processing the request.
