Latest version of Alphafold 2 and also Alphafold 3

Will this be updated to work with the latest version of Alphafold 2 (2.3.2). I tried to use this with the latest version but several of the steps listed fail or the files for the patches do not exist, so similar to issue #73.

Also, will there be a version of this created for the new Alphafold 3 release to work with non-docker?

Here is an updated, non-docker Alphafold 2 installation: https://github.com/alexvpickering/alphafold

Installation instructions are in the README. It also adds a parallel, separate MSA step. This allows to run MSA separately on a CPU-only box and is ~30% faster vs sequential in my testing (similar to Alphafold 3 implementation).
