Add GetDescriptions<> and GetDescriptionsArray<> #11
Description
There are methods to get names and values, I assume it would be trivial to add
methods to return descriptions as well?
Furthermore, it would be very usefull to have some methods that would return
dictionary/ienumerable suitable for constructing SelectLists and such...
