Fix icon rendering on main page

I guess the icon should be centered within the tile, like it is when a plugin icon is not available:

Sorry I meant the icon should be the same size as the one in the default tiles. We want avoid giant icons if possible.

So something like this:

Actually maybe we can even keep the decorations around the icon?
