SCI/DOC: Eventually provide example of using SpectralEvents and HNN together #120

Eventually, it might be nice to have an example notebook or page that provides an example of someone using our SpectralEvents toolbox to analyze some data, then, in the same notebook, HNN is used to simulate and form hypotheses about the same scientific phenomenon. After talking with several people, it seems that there isn't a perfect candidate at this time, and more scientific work would be needed for this. Still, I'm putting this on our Issue TODO list as an eventuality.
People have told me that the prior work for, and this paper itself, https://doi.org/10.1073/pnas.1604135113 is probably the current best example we have of this process in action, BUT it was done before creation of hnn-core, and before parts of the Original HNN as well.
