[[ATTACHMENT=FILE|<path>]] not working

First of all thanks for the add-on it is really useful.

Quick question: I have read at https://newreleases.io/project/github/jobisoft/quicktext/release/v6.4.2 "deprecate the attachment field, replaced by [[ATTACHMENT=FILE|]] tag "
I have tried the following template:

[[ATTACHMENT=FILE|/Users/tom/Documents/Thunderbird/pictures/1.png]]

Insert as: Text

I inserted a picture on how it looks on my end. I don't get what my error is.

My Thunderbird version: 140.8.0esr (aarch64)
OS: MacOS 26.3
Add-on version: 6.4 //is it because of this?

Can you try the latest release? If you pick Attachment -> File from the variables menu, it should ask you for the file and use the correct filename.
