Add Body Diode to NMOS and PMOS Devices

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the current version, the Electrical/Transistors templates include symbols for NMOS and PMOS, however these symbols do not show the inherent body diode that exists in these devices. In the Electrical Engineering world, these devices are often drawn with their body diode explicitly drawn as the behavior of an NMOS or PMOS in a circuit can be greatly affected by this body diode.

Currently I try to manually add a diode in to my symbols, but when placing, rotating, and scaling many components I spend a lot of time fixing the connection issues that arise.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add two symbols, "NMOS with Body Diode" and "PMOS with Body Diode" to the Electrical/Transistors template based on the image shown above.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have considered sticking with the current symbols, however I believe many people would benefit from this updated symbol.

To clarify, you're talking about versions of the left 2 shapes with body diodes?

In principal all of these shapes could/should have the body diode included. The left shapes are enhancement mode MOSFETs, which are far more common than the depletion mode MOSFETs shown on the right. I only have ever used the enhancement mode MOSFET symbol, so that is why this request focused on the left ones.

To be honest they should probably all be labeled more clearly than they currently are.

• scope_clarification: Whether to add body diodes to all MOSFET variants (enhancement and depletion mode) or just the enhancement mode ones initially
