@cSmithBPA - You should be able to login to an org using Okta as long as the user is able to go through the Okta authentication process. When you click "Add Org" make sure that you choose ☝️ The above will hopefully be enough to get you logged in, as SSO is supported, and as long as you are on the correct SFDC org login page, Salesforce should detect you have SSO configured and enable that flow. 👇 This is a backup option if there are issues using SSO, but it does require that you have the password for the user and you have the capability to bypassing SSO (option in SFDC). Do you have any screenshots you can share with me? We are still having difficulity authenticating into sandboxes with the strategy you are providing. |

We have some situations where the running user does not have the password because the login is controlled via Okta. Is there a way to get JetStream authenticated, leveraging the Okta login?
