Inline viewer for active PRs (or other watchables)

I like to know how my PRs are doing, vis-a-vis CI checks. My goto is gh pr checks --watch.

I would really like it if, for example, the Command log window could be toggled to follow stateful commands launched from inside lg via the : hotkey.

This way my watcher could embed in lazygit and would reset each time I pushed.
