Support darwin armv8

I am noticing that a lot of plugins do not support armv8. Is there work underway to get this fixed across all plugins?

So this tool is using a sure old version of kpt, which also does not have a m1 arm64 support. I am gonna try and build it today, but I doubt they will compile the old version for arm.

https://github.com/GoogleContainerTools/kpt/releases/tag/v1.0.0-beta.14 just released kpt for darwin arm64. But the kpt schema in jx3-eks-vault is old.
