Create a website

There should be a website and documentation.

This is time-consuming, but I think it will be a good first issue.

You can propose something. I would like to have:

• Welcome page with explanation of what Wayne is with a logo and maybe a genesis of the name (you can find it in README).
• Documentation also from README, each section can be a different page.
• Links to demos, the links can be inside documentation, or it can be a different page.

Note that documentation don't need to be perfect, it can be refined later.

Right now, I'm thinking maybe using Docusaurus is a good idea. I use it in one project, and it's a fast way to create documentation written in Markdown file. The tool use React to build a website.
