Define a specific port for Narayana LRA coordinator

Define a specific port, which can be useful for local development, for Narayana LRA coordinator which mustn't have already assigned by the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA). The port number shouldn't be confused with a 'well know' port.

Side note: the port will keep being configurable.
Please consider: The range 49152–65535 ports (dynamic ports) cannot be registered with IANA.

As written in the Zulip thread I personally think 35753 is easy to remember and a good candidate.
