Docker Install Instructions Fail Because Keys Has Been Deprecated

Problem
The instructions in DOCKER.md no longer work because something in the apt-key instructions has been deprecated. This results in the repository not being loaded. The instructions in the docker install page for Ubuntu DO work. Perhaps you might want to just point at their page here: https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/ubuntu/ ?

BTW: Though I am an old software guy, I'm a noob for most of this. It is such a pleasure to install something this complicated that just WORKS! Fantastic Job. Such a shame I haven't found a way to post reviews! Thanks for all your quality work on scripts and documentation. Quite a contrast to much of what is shared.
