Add "noProxy" support for Opera, phantomjs

#73 added a noProxy exclusion list for Chrome and Firefox.
IE and Safari aren't proxied, so I'm not worried about supporting an exclusion list for them.
However, Opera and PhantomJS should properly receive noProxy (if they support the functionality)
