Add more general-purpose functions and register them as default tools

Examples:

• getObjectDefinitonSchema() => returns JSON-structured object descriptions (name, attributes, attribute types,..) in he same format as the JSON/REST API would.
• getUserRole() => get information on what the current user's assigned Profiles imply as a role for him/her.
• getCurrentUser() => retrieve info who the currently active user is (to have more contextual info when e.g. reading a Log)

• describeObject will respond in the current user's language - do we want this in all cases? make a "english only" possibiliy?
• let's keep this set of functions as a first set to test, possibly extend or refine later
