BMC/BIOS Settings set are not updating the child CRD in certain cases #620
Description
Describe the bug
lets say Set CRD spec was updated, and the child CRD were in progress...
the set CRD will skip updating the CRD which where in progress (is expected).
but the set CRD will not stop reconcile instead of repeatedly retrying reconcile...
because of this some times the Child CRD might not get updated.
To Reproduce
Update the set CRD while child CRD are inProgress and stay inProgress.
this is sporadic and hard to reproduce.
Expected behavior
to eventually able to update the child CRD with the latest Spec
