Intermittent stake withdrawal bug (context here https://discord.com/channels/1247202570087301184/1334907844964913183)
Cause of the issue is VKINT amount decreasing over time while staked KINT remains constant. This can prevent a user withdrawing through the UI (although they can withdraw through polkadot.js).
