Run the feature extraction for passive, psychedelics and autism dataset with the new vintage and features.

There is a mismatch between diffferent vintage in terms of the number of features like the csd residual features. And some of these older datasets like autism and psychedelics do not have these features. So I want to releases for them with the latest features.
