Train a classifier to predict lab and region of the lab from features

We want to check if any of the features is capturing the line noise information.
Build a classifier to predict the lab and region of the lab (US/Europe).
The region predictor should work better than lab, and most probably some PSD features should be capturing this difference.
Also try to add some line noise removal method in the feature computation.
