Storage Template dates/times not adjusted for timezone #24350

The bug

When applying a Storage Template, e.g. in the form of {{y}}{{MM}}{{dd}}_{{HH}}{{mm}}{{ss}} it is not adjusted for any timezone differences.

This may lead to incorrect file orderings when traveling:

  1. Start in Berlin
  2. Take photo A at the airport before taking off at 15:00:00 GMT+01:00
  3. Fly to London
  4. Take another photo B after landing at 14:55:00 GMT+00:00

This would result in photo B appearing BEFORE photo A in a file explorer. Not an issue in Immich itself as it takes TZ into account when rendering the gallery. However, in my specific case I need to import those photos into another application that relies on the files being in the correct order by filename.

Is there a way that TZ can be taken into account when calculating the filename in Storage Template?
