validate removes the download button

Describe the issue

submitting a valid XML draft to https://author-tools.ietf.org shows a Download button. If one then click on the Validate button (because you found that your draft seems ok but you want to fully validate it), then the Download button disappears and the draft has to be re-rendered from the XML, which is less optimal. Not a big deal. minor issue.
