generate_ckv_table applied to clsim .fits tables doesn't create all necessary table keys

As title. Previously, we've gone CLSim .fits table -> retro dir-with-npy-files table -> retro dir-with-npy-files ckv table. So the latter only added ckv_table.npy to the directory. But going CLSim .fits table -> retro dir-with-npy-files ckv table misses all the necessary keys there.
