Use @noble/curves v2 in Node API

I want to use the latest version of the @noble/curves crypto library
So that I can receive the latest security updates and features

Note that v2 of @noble/curves is an ESM-only module so the way it is imported will need to change. There are also some breaking API changes.

Hi @bestbeforetoday, I'd like to take a stab at this. I've already analyzed the codebase and have a clear implementation plan — the changes are focused on ecdsa.ts, hsmsigner.ts, and signers.ts, with the main work being the ESM-only constraint from v2 and a few breaking API changes (prehash, randomPrivateKey, import paths).

I'll open a draft PR once I have the tests passing. Happy to discuss the ESM approach before going too far if there's a preferred direction.
