URL to full EOL report is shortened in Windows Terminal to apps.herodevs.com

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Windows 11
2. Install WSL and Fedora 42
3. Install cli
4. Run cli on a .NET repository, e.g. PowerToys

Expected results:

EOL report URL would be visible and clickable

Actual results:

EOL report URL is displayed as apps.herodevs.com and requires Ctrl + clicking to open:

This may be a "feature" of Windows Terminal and/or other modern terminals (e.g. Ghostty) of handling URLs in output.

Even though I am daily user of Windows Terminal, the option to Ctrl + click to open the full EOL report URL is not immediately obvious.

It may build more trust if it was possible to display the whole URL.
