Updating NPM

Hey there!

I noticed footer version says 0.0.0. When visiting repository I found version is 2.1.0. But by jc21's repo, latest version is 2.13?

Some of what I say may not be correct, I'm not advanced at this.

So my question is, how can I update NPM?

I want top update because I'm not managing to generate SSL certs, and Errors are empty, like: https://i.imgur.com/tapmmgL.png
