Document database backup generation procedures #120
Description
The database generation for the 2018 Transportation Systems application and sandbox is coded as an "example" in the Data Science Pet Containers repository. There are still a few manual steps that could be automated, and towards the deadline I ran these on a Linux workstation rather than in the containers.
They will still run in the PostGIS container as long as the Docker host supplies enough RAM to the container to run the script that imports the congestion data. But the whole process needs to be cleaned up, and there needs to be some documentation for how to add a dataset or update the current datasets with new inputs.
