[Feature] UX improvement for settings

Feature description

I have a UX/UI suggestion:

Default model, memory and timeout are currently in the user account menu.
These values are global settings, and therefore I would expect them to be in the settings menu (gear icon).
The user account menu (username initials icon) should only contain settings/actions directly related to the user account, such as "logout" and "delete user data".

Settings limited to the current chat session, like tool use and temperature (currently behind the gear icon in the top right) should be behind a settings button on the input text field (maybe next to the attachment button).

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. Just to clarify the current logic is that the "User profile" button includes all global settings, while the "Gear icon" only configures the current conversation.

What you are suggesting will result in 3 different settings menus (User settings, Global conversation settings, Current conversation settings). While I understand your reasoning, this could unnecessarily increase the complexity of the UI, especially if there are only a couple of choices in each menu.

Perhaps if/when we include additional options and the current menus are bloated, we could use this suggestion and have better separation of settings
