- Go through sprint-ending tickets on board (update tickets accordingly)
- Look at sprint planning ticket - How did we fair against what we said we'd do?
- Who is planned to be away? (ensure team cal is up to date)
- Look at 'This sprint' column and decide if tickets are still priority (ie to go into new sprint) or backlog
- Determine what our sprint goal is (move tickets into sprint accordingly)
- Look at tickets in 'Sprint Candidates' (bring cards into sprint if required)
