A heads up for others: I had been using a .png formatted featured_background image file in my "home" page. On upgrade to Docsy 0.14.x, I received this error when building the project:

ERROR error building site: "/opt/buildhome/repo/content/en/_index.md:6:1": failed to render shortcode "blocks/cover": failed to process shortcode: "/opt/buildhome/.cache/hugo_cache/modules/filecache/modules/pkg/mod/github.com/google/[email protected]/layouts/_shortcodes/blocks/cover.html:14:26": execute of template failed: template: _shortcodes/blocks/cover.html:14:26: executing "_shortcodes/blocks/cover.html" at <.Fill>: error calling Fill: failed to fill image "/opt/buildhome/repo/content/en/featured_background.png": fill /featured_background.png: image: unknown format

The fix was simple: just convert the image to .jpg. Not sure what had changed to cause this. I'm building on Cloudflare Pages with Hugo 0.155.0 + Docsy 0.14.3 (but also occurred in 0.14.0).
