Any plan to add bwlimit to rsync client side?

I didnot found --bwlimit option to limit transfer speed. Sometimes we donot want rsync client to exhaust my bandwidth on server.

Many options are missing and might be added as they are needed.

For bandwidth limits, however, perhaps you can already use https://manpages.debian.org/bullseye/iptables/iptables-extensions.8.en.html#hashlimit without changing the application itself.
