Edits to commit message headers are lost when switching in and out of floating mode.

I had AI generate a message header (call it v1), edited it (v2) and then switched to floating mode, but my edit was replaced by v1 in the floating editor. My message didn't come back when I left floating mode, in fact my "floating" edits (v3) were lost too, and the docked header showed the original AI text (v1).

This only seems to apply to the header/subject line, not the body.

The issue is easily reproduced and seems to boil down to the AI generated messages always being set to the commit header when going in and out of floating mode.

There were also a couple of other issues:

Scrolling is reset whenever it receives text, and it can't deal with thinking models.

Can't scroll down in floating mode if header field is full

Maybe the interaction issues might be an easy fix for @PavelLaptev .

There was a trivial looking fix in the associated PR, but it turned out to not quite do it. So it's a bit more involved to fix this.

This kind-a works, but apparently needs more finesses as now the 'streaming' effect breaks, even though the reported issue is solved.
